Last week I was in a business trip in Grenoble (France) and besides the professional value of this trip, I have learned a lot of things about food. For instance, I confirmed that the food quality that we usually eat in canteenes around Prague is really low… In average, every restaurant in Grenoble prepares genuinely good food, including the canteen where we ate every lunch. However, I also tried in Grenoble a level of cooking which is completely beyond anything I had ever tasted before. I must say, lately I have been relaying in the considerably better quality of M&S, which requires very little effort from the consumers in order to enjoy very good food. However, I decided to start cooking again so that at least during the weekends I improve little by little my skills. I’ll be sharing with you here all my recipes, with new pictures of them.
